This athletic jacket features a water-resistant soft shell with stretchable 3 layer fabric construction. This form fitting technical jacket consists of a breathable, waterproof, and windproof TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) membrane that fused to a black 100% polyester soft outer shell with a warm and comfortable brushed fleece liner.
