Unique tag design fits over special octagon-shaped tab on inside of STOPOUT Circuit Breaker Lockout device and STOPOUT Tag 'n Hang Hasp. Tag is secured when device is clamped down in locked position to show full face of tag at all times. Tags measure 4 1/2" x 2 1/8" and are made of durable, 15-mil RP-Plastic material.
